The hotel room is huge! Private in-room onsen tub is also big and easy to use. The public onsen is located at the top floor of the hotel and includes good quality amenities, sauna and a steam room. The hydrotherapy pool is shared between male and female and thus swimming costumes had to be worn in this area. Highly recommend to bring your swimsuits and experience their huge jaccuzi pools. Love the complementary snacks provided!

the room had a hot tub which filled from the hot springs. It was located just opposite the MRT station with easy access to shops and food. It was also within easy reach of some tourist attractions. The staff don’t speak lot of English (no expectation that they should given we were visiting Taiwan) but really make an effort to make you feel welcome and to help you as you go along. We had a mix up over our departure date - nothing to do with this hotel - and they quickly came to our rescue and sorted it out so the holiday wasn’t spoilt.

Excellent service from check-in and check out.. Staff were observant and considerate. They even prepared breakfast for take away when we checked out super early in the morning. Thumbs up for the service. Love the details in the room like freshly made chocolate and freshly picked mint leaves for tea. Keep up the good work

1. Very comfortable and spacious bedrooms. 2. Great facilities 3. Friendly staffs going thru the extra mile (they packed our breakfasts when we left for the airport at 6am even tho we had only put in the request at 9pm the night before)

private thermal is amazing with good water. Feeling good after taking it. Receptionists were helpful and at least they speak some English. Love the scented candle in room and some prepared snacks. Location is just next to the Metro.

Room was very clean. Big bathtub with in-room onsen experience. Breakfast was great. Spread was good. Service staff were very polite and friendly. Location was excellent with the train station just across the road.

Location was very good. Next to XinBeitou MRT. Very convenient and near all the amenities. Quality and healthy breakfast. Staff at reception was also very good in giving advice on where to go for food and places of interest.

The hotel offered many amenities that were all professionally orchestrated. The cafe and restaurant downstairs are top quality. The room and hot springs were especially clean and comfortable.
